Job Lot + Junk = ?!

Hello Collectors,

In the wake of the Wishing Well’s release, we’ve been considering additional gameplay options for the remaining ‘junk’ items in the game under #10,000. To make a somewhat longer story short, we’ve added the ability for Job Lot to re-roll any item over #2,000.

So what exactly happens? When an item over #2,000 is mixed with the Job Lot, it creates another new item. This item may be one over #10,000 which can be used as fuel for the Wishing Well, or it may be another item that you can reuse with another Job Lot. Think of this like mixing two WallaBee Mixers, without the possibility of it pulling an item from the pool.

So why did we do this? Well, it simply just adds another option for junk items. We didn’t want to lower the #10,000 limi of Wishing Wells, and didn’t want to introduce a new item that causes FOMO mayhem… so Job Lot it was. Who knows what’s in the box! You could find pretty much any WallaBee issued item from this, including items that will help fuel your Well.

Job Lot is an item that already exists in The Auction House set. This item can be foraged at Shopping locations and is available in the market for an instant purchase at 100hc. This item will mix with any #2,000 and above item (except Perfume, Aftershave, another Job Lot, or the Wishing Well). The feature is already live in the game, so have fun!

Wishing Well at the Wishing Well

Hello Collectors,

We are excited to highlight a new game mechanic coming soon to WallaBee. Although this new feature is fairly straight forward, there are some important details to highlight before we release it to the community. The following information should educate players on how everything works. Our goal is understanding.

The purpose of this new feature is to aid players in finding worth in ‘junk’ items. Items over a certain number are often viewed as invaluable by most collectors. They can be found discarded across the map, either dropped or recycled (mostly in Bangkok, for some reason…). Although they can be helpful in certain mixes and earning the Recycler line of achievements, most items over a certain number end up collecting dust. Since WallaBee strives to be a game of options, we’d like to offer yet another alternative to dropping or recycling those pesky ‘junk’ items you get while foraging – The Wish Well.

The Wishing Well

WallaVille has seen its fair share of magical, curious things over the years (many of them rumored). One such example is that once every 7 years, a mysterious wishing well appears within the garden of a lucky gardener. Whether true or not, the hope that accompanies this tales brings much beauty to the town. Gardens are kept tidy and growing in hopes of receiving a visit from the elusive wishing well. As the fable states, the well grants favorable items to those who drop enough unfavorable items inside. With such a wishing well, recycling would be a thing of the past for some… And so, the community kept hoping, waiting for a glimpse of the wishing well to bless their lives once again.

The Wishing Well will mix with any item over #10,000.
- Once mixed, the Wishing Well remains in your pouch and gains a wish (credit), with the other item destroyed.
- A Wishing Well will not mix with another Wishing Well, regardless of the number.
- EDIT: The Wishing Well will no longer work with Uniques. However, Exclusives will still be available for use.

Once a Wishing Well has 50 wishes, it can be Redeemed through the context menu.
- Redeemed Wishing Wells disappear and leave you a reward (like Grab Bags).
- Having more than 50 wishes does not increase your reward/odds of receiving a particular reward.
- There are various types of rewards, including a mixture of old and new items.

New types of items found within Wishing Wells: Miniest Mystery Boxes (x3) and Mystery Bag.
- Miniest Mystery Box
  - Three new types: Bronze (BZ), Silver (SL), and Gold (GD).
  - Can be upgraded to Minier and Mini sizes through mixing two of the same item.
    - I.E. Miniest (GD) + Miniest (GD) = Minier (GD)
  - Opened Miniest/Minier/Mini Mystery Boxes disappear and leave you with a reward.
    - Rewards differ by type and increase as the box size increases.
- Mystery Bag
  - Behaves like a normal Grab Bag, but only contains already released Wallagraphic items.
  - Opened Mystery Bags disappear and leave you a Wallagraphic item.

WallaBee Artwork Survey

Hello Collectors,

We at WallaBee love hearing from our community. It helps us see where we’ve succeeded and failed in the past, what we’re doing right and wrong in the present, and where we can grow to in the future. Although there are topics everyone would love to share with us at the moment about what’s currently wrong with the app in the present, that is a long bump in the road that we hope to overcome ASAP. However, we cannot let a present issue hinder us from moving forward and making WallaBee the best that we can in the future. WallaBee 2.0 Anniversary & Sale (NOW ENDED)

Hello Collectors!

Today marks the one year anniversary of bringing WallaBee to Android players for the first time in version 2.0. It’s been a fun year so far, but this is just the beginning! We have many great things in store for the game and can’t wait for them to come to fruition. We look at this day humbly, recognizing that the community is what has kept this game growing and moving forward, throughout the trials we’ve faced during the past year(s). Maintenance Notes – 04/26/18

Hello Collectors,

For far too long there have been issues with item releases in WallaBee. This started many years ago, and although we built a new app, it still plagues us today. As far as we can tell, the main culprit in this situation is how we handle the creation of items. Imagine this image in your head for a moment…

Adding items into WallaBee is like dropping a marble into a funnel. The funnel is wide enough to hold several marbles at once, but only one marble can fit through the narrow end of the funnel at a time. During normal hours of the day, marbles are added at a normally consistent rate, allowing them to slide through the funnel with limited resistance. However, when a new item is released, everyone is dropping their marble into the funnel at the same time, creating a blockage for certain players. As more marbles are dropped into the funnel, the room for new marbles decreases, and they flow over the sides of the funnel, never making it through.

We are currently working on an alternative system for item creation, which is a drastically different from the analogy above. The changes we’ve made are currently live, so everyone is now an honorary guinea pig! Thanks for unknowingly helping! You may see certain aspects of the app slow down during normal hours of play as we adjust this new system. Please be advised that we are doing our best to pinpoint and adjust these areas as quickly as possible.

WallaBee 2.2.4 Notes

Hello Collectors!

It’s been a while, but we’re back with another update! We’ve fixed some bugs, added some new features, and paved the way for some awesome things to come! Version 2.2.4 is now available for iOS and Android! We work diligently to make your experience playing WallaBee better with every update. If there is a feature you would like to see, or a pesky bug that we haven’t addressed in our Weekly Buzz segment, we would love to hear from you. Features

Buy Items Instantly!
- Items have been added to the Market as a ‘buy-it-now’ option. Need Red Paint, but don’t want to stalk the store for hours? Now you can buy it immediately and save yourself some aggravation. This won’t apply to all items, so you still may have to forage for those WallaBee Mixers!
- There is a timeout of ten seconds between purchases of the same item.
- NOTE: New items will not be available through this method until after a drop.
New Uniques Page
- Move Mode allows for faster adjustments. No need to long-press each card, simply tap! Hit ‘Done’ to save the order.
- Sorting Uniques has never been easier! Players can sort their Uniques by Alphabetical, Number, or Release Date. Adjusting.
- Live search for items you have saved. Works for items or numbers.
- Favorite items! By selecting a saved item’s context menu, players can select which items display in the new Favorites tab.

Updated Foraging Timer
- We’ve upped the number of forages at each location from 3 to 10!
Enhanced Item Dropping
- You can now drop item after item without having to go back a page! This was a ‘bug’ in a previous build, but we thought it might make a nice new addition to your dropping needs.

April WallaPak Available Soon!

Hello Collectors!

Since we are now officially fully migrated over to the new store, it’s time to release the April WallaPak. Similar to previous months, this month’s WallaPak will come with special limited edition stickers, 40k honeycombs, 30 locks, and two WallaPak variant Mystery Boxes.

The April WallaPak will be available for purchase on April 17th, beginning at 12:00 WHQ (17:00 UTC). You can find this new product in the Freeze Tag Online Store. When you are viewing the WallaPak, you have the option of subscribing or making a one time purchase for a fee.

If you subscribe to WallaPak, you will be provided a link to an account dashboard where you can manage your subscriptions, see your delivery schedule, view and edit your billing information, and see your purchase history.
You will be billed monthly on your delivery date with one small change. Now, in-game items will be applied to your account immediately after purchase instead of manually.

Spring Cleaning Sale & March WallaPak (NOW ENDED)

Hello Collectors!

Spring is right around the corner at WallaBee Headquarters. In fact, it’s tomorrow! Whether you have places nearby that need a good cleaning, or want to help your fellow players ‘clean out’ the Mixerpool, there’s something for everyone available.
