Gone Fishing
Hello Collectors,
What’s orange, metal, and highly addictive? That’s right, WallaBee Mixers! What would make the Mixerpool even more fun? Better items when the pool is empty! Today’s update brings you a quick look at some new features we’re adding to the Mixerpool.
Mixers
Here is a brief overview and refresher on how mixers work, including shiny mixer percentages. When players mix two Mixers, they either get an older item from ‘the pool’ or they generate the next numbered item for any Set Item in the game. The chance that a player will receive a ‘pool item’ depends on the Mixers used.
When a New Item is triggered, there are 2,000+ items you can receive. With so many items possible, we thought it would be nice to direct certain items to you more often. There is now a 30% chance that an item from a specific list will be received when creating a New Item. We have been testing this over the past week with Unicorn Poop, Wishing Well, Christmas Mixer, Ship-in-a-bottle Beagle, and WallaSpud. If you’ve noticed these coming out of Mixers recently, you now know why. Along with other items you may not see regularly, you will begin seeing more drops occurring through mixing Mixers… including some very special fish!
Fish
We are adding a new series of WallaBee Uniques (soon to be Themed Exclusives) which will be found within Wishing Wells and Mixers. Did you know that Smelt can be found in both freshwater and saltwater? They’re sometimes referred to Forage Fish, which makes them perfect for WallaBee! Try mixing two Smelt together to see which path it chooses!
When the Uniques split happens, these fish will appear within their own subset, but will remain within the Uniques set until then.
